Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) Prior experience or coursework related to pediatric or school-based therapy preferred Strong understanding of Individual Education Plans (IEP) and experience developing and implementing goals Excellent communication and organizational skills Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group OT interventions tailored to each student's needs Evaluate students using standardized tools, providing detailed assessments Develop, monitor, and revise therapeutic goals and progress within the school setting Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and administrators to support student success Offer guidance and resources for classroom adaptations, improving student participation Maintain thorough, timely documentation and report on student progress
