Make an impact as an Occupational Therapist working with a diverse caseload from preschool through 12th grade. This contract position offers a flexible schedule of one or two days per week, with the start date as soon as possible.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state of Missouri Previous experience working in a school environment or with pediatric populations is preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs Compassionate, adaptable, and driven to make a positive difference in students lives

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students across preschool to high school ages Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas for growth Develop and execute individualized therapy plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Collaborate regularly with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings as needed to support student success
