This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-centered environment where clinical quality, consistency, and compassionate care are truly valued. •Must have weekend availability• As part of our in-house therapy department, you'll be supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team and have the ability to provide meaningful, patient-focused care—without the pressures often found in contract therapy models. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in a skilled nursing setting Document treatments and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning Ensure quality outcomes while maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice

Occupational Therapist Skills:

SNF/Long term care experience preferred. Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred. Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

Active/Valid Mississippi license in Occupational Therapy In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards Career Advantages In-house Rehab (non-contracted)!
