Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in a skilled nursing setting Document treatments and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning Ensure quality outcomes while maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice

Occupational Therapist Skills:

SNF/Long term care experience preferred. Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred. Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:
