Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current and active OT license in the state Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is strongly encouraged Solid understanding of IEP processes and familiarity with school-based therapy documentation Collaborative, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and consultative services to students with diverse needs Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and input on student progress and goals Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to promote students' independence, academic success, and functional skills Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with school policies as well as federal and state regulations Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to foster student achievement
