Job Description

Performance Therapy Pediatrics is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our team partners with families to support children with developmental delays, injuries, sensory challenges, and neuromuscular conditions in a fun, encouraging, and family-centered environment. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice occupational therapy. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Genuine passion for helping children achieve independence and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, and overall function. Provide therapy in a play-based, engaging environment that promotes participation and progress. Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, teachers, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations. Stay current on the latest pediatric occupational therapy techniques, research, and best practices.
