Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy Active OT license in state of practice Previous experience in school settings or with pediatrics strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and design individualized therapeutic programs for students with diverse needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive classroom environments Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to help students achieve their educational goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Offer guidance and in-service training to educational teams, contributing your expertise in best OT practices Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team decision-making processes
