What We're Looking For Current Montana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Montana licensure Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate residents and develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans Passion for helping residents maintain or regain independence in their daily lives Positive, team-oriented attitude Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
