As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our guests in the gaming area. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the gaming operations, providing assistance to players and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. You will be tasked with monitoring gaming equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience and promote our gaming offerings. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the success of our establishment by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry. Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about gaming options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area. Report any issues or malfunctions with gaming equipment to management. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and promote gaming events. Provide food and beverage service to guests
