Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this flexible role, you will provide expert occupational therapy services in an out-patient environment for a luxury senior community in Bozeman . Your primary focus will be to enhance patient independence and quality of life through personalized treatment plans, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care. This position offers the opportunity to work with senior populations, including individuals with strength and balance needs as well as assistance with ADL's. Duties Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, and mobility, to promote independence. Document clinical findings accurately using our web based EHR management system (Practice Fusion) while maintaining compliance with Medicare documentation standards. Point of service documentation is preferred. Assist with discharge planning by evaluating progress and recommending appropriate follow-up services . Engage in outpatient therapy interventions aligned with client goals. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Prefer experience working with geriatrics in an out-patient environment Familiarity with treatment plan development Skilled in assisting with ADLs and implementing occupational therapy assessments effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and professional documentation. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate record-keeping. Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
