1 Year About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an 8-week contract in Plentywood, Montana. The Occupational Therapist will join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal conditions. The rehabilitation department supports both inpatient and outpatient services and serves a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Responsibilities Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations, occupational performance needs, and individualized rehabilitation goals. Develop and implement patient-specific occupational therapy treatment plans designed to improve functional independence. Provide therapeutic interventions for patients with orthopedic, neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional outcomes. Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, nursing, providers, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate rehabilitation care. Requirements Occupational Therapist Candidates With Less Than 1 Year of Experience May Be Considered. Current, Active Occupational Therapist License Required Upon Acceptance; Applicable Montana Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start. Ability to Provide Occupational Therapy Services Across Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Settings Required. Ability to Work With Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric Patient Populations Required. Ability to Work a Day-Shift Schedule and Complete Required Clinical Documentation in Cerner Required.
