Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Occupational Therapy license for North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred Ability to assess, plan, and implement IEPs for students Adaptable, positive, and collaborative approach to working with teachers, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality OT services to students as part of an interdisciplinary educational team Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external professionals to optimize educational outcomes Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
