Expectations:
Maintain a regular and consistent work schedule to ensure optimal client outcomes Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy in our clinic, as well as in homes and other natural environments Educate clients and their families on proper therapeutic techniques and carryover of home programs Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, as appropriate, to ensure comprehensive care Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy techniques for treating pediatric conditions Ensure timely completion of paperwork Work alongside your highly passionate colleagues to optimize client outcomes, collaborate, and enjoy being part of our high-energy team!
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist is preferred, but newer practitioners and/or clinicians who are newer to this setting are also welcome to apply! Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in documentation, including justification of therapeutic need, medical necessity, efficient coding, and client results. Familiarity with therapeutic treatment techniques for SPD, ASD, common developmental diagnoses, and feeding is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
