As a valued member of the educational team, you'll play a key role in fostering students' growth and helping them overcome barriers to their academic and daily living success.
What We're Seeking:
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing intervention plans Effective communicator and team collaborator Ability to organize caseloads and document progress efficiently Strong commitment to supporting a diverse range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans Conduct screenings, evaluations, and reassessments as required Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' educational goals Develop and monitor progress toward individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services and student progress Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers as appropriate In this role, you'll enjoy an attractive hourly compensation of $40-$50, reflecting the value and expertise you bring to the team.
