Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity in a collaborative K-12 educational environment as an Occupational Therapist (OTR). This position runs from November 2, 2026, through May 21, 2027, and offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Desired Qualifications:

Current and active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina Experience with or strong interest in working within K-12 settings Familiarity with IEP process, evaluations, and progress reporting in educational environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work with educators, students, and families Ability to travel between school locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments for students across multiple school sites Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting students' functional skills Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective delivery of therapy services Document and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines Attend meetings and participate in IEP teams to advocate for student needs
