Come grow with us! We are a therapist owned and operated practice seeking energetic and motivated licensed Occupational Therapists to serve pediatric clients in our private practice. As a therapist and family owned practice, we value caregivers being a part of the therapy process. Our in-clinic therapy provides this opportunity for families to be involved in each session and for constant communication on best ways to implement strategies into daily routines. We highly value family time for our therapists as well and include administrative time into our schedules, so that paperwork does not follow our therapists home.

Therapists do not have to worry about billing or scheduling, so that they can concentrate on providing the best care to our patients during business hours. Active OT license in NC required We are looking for therapists who are motivated to grow with us. We provide all services in our clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations, assessment materials provided.
  • Treat pediatric population with a variety of ages and needs.
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
  • Document and complete dynamic treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Update patient progress to family
  • Communicate with families, team, and lead therapist.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements.
  • Comply with governing code of ethics.
  • Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
  • Organization skills and ability to be creative are a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least a Master's in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active OT license as approved by the State Board in NC Come join our work family!
