3009172384-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist for the school year in K-12 settings. In this role, you will complete evaluations, develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative OT services to support student access to curriculum and school routines. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams, maintain compliant documentation, and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment within a supportive, relationship-focused staffing organization. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students per IEP goals in a school setting Conduct evaluations, write reports, and collaborate on IEP development with school teams Deliver individual and small-group OT interventions to support access to curriculum and school participation Consult with teachers and staff to adapt classroom environments, materials, and routines Monitor and document student progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate records Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and administrators regarding student needs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, screenings, and problem-solving teams Maintain compliance with IDEA, state education regulations, and professional ethical standards Required Skills Pediatric occupational therapy School-based OT practice IEP development and implementation Standardized assessment and documentation Sensory integration and self-regulation strategies Fine motor and visual-motor intervention Assistive technology and adaptive equipment Collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams Knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations Electronic health/education record documentation
