Liberty Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered, evidence-based therapy services within innovative behavioral health and human services programs. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that promote independence, safety, and community participation. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, document outcomes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. This role partners with public-sector agencies and diverse populations, ensuring compassionate, accountable care aligned with best clinical and regulatory practices.
