What We Look For:

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEPs and the special education process Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel Adaptable and positive approach to meeting diverse student needs Ability to thrive independently while contributing as a valued interdisciplinary team member
