We're looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education In collaboration with the DOR, develop a robust therapy program Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated Follow infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care Support compliance with all state and federal regulations Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level OT education by an AOTA-approved credentialing agency What We Offer Competitive compensation Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match Paid onboarding and orientation CEU allowance and licensure reimbursement Clinical mentorship and preceptorship program Work life balance Career growth Employee referral bonus program Quick pay options available through PayActiv Diversity & Inclusion TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
