Job Summary Holistic Bliss Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Fargo, ND. This position offers a versatile clinical practice setting, including in-office outpatient care, telehealth sessions, and community-based interventions. Our primary practice focus centers on community mental and behavioral health, serving a population of teens through adults. In this role, you will evaluate and treat individuals presenting with complex conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing differences, intellectual disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and personality disorders. Job Duties Comprehensive Evaluations:

Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional needs using standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

Plan of Care Development:

Develop individualized care plans aligned with client goals, complex medical/psychiatric conditions, and evidence-based best practices.

Targeted Interventions:

Implement targeted occupational therapy programs focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), sensory integration, and overall functional abilities.

Direct Care Delivery:

Provide high-quality, individual therapy sessions across diverse delivery models (in-clinic, telehealth, and community settings) for teens and adults.

Clinical Documentation:

Document patient evaluation findings, progress notes, and plan of care updates accurately in the electronic health record (EHR), ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards and professional terminology.

Interprofessional Collaboration:

Collaborate regularly with speech therapists, physical therapists, case managers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. Participate in clinical interprofessional collaboration meetings to review case progress and adjust treatment strategies.

Client & Family Education:

Educate clients and their families on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, safety strategies for daily living tasks, and home/environmental modifications.

Discharge & Care Coordination:

Assist clients with discharge planning and care transitions by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and community support systems.

Experience & Qualifications Education & Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (NBCOT certified) and licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Dakota.

Clinical Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of mental/behavioral health experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working with neurodiverse populations (including ASD and ADHD) and supporting clients with disabilities across various age groups.

Clinical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neurodivergence relevant to OT evaluations and evidence-based plan of care development.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, clinical documentation, case management tasks, and implementing evidence-based practice standards.

Communication & Teamwork:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required for client education, boundary setting, and collaborative care within multidisciplinary teams.
