Role:

Occupational Therapist responsible for delivering and coordinating patient-centered therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Provides direct therapy in various settings, promoting health and achieving treatment goals. Evaluates patients, gathers data, and adjusts intervention strategies accordingly. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Prepares documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Participates in program development and professional growth activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active occupational therapy license in the practice state. Ability to work hours as specified, with strong communication and visual acuity skills. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience. Commitment to compassionate care, confidentiality, and safety standards.
