Desired Skills & Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation Ability to assess and develop individual treatment plans to meet a diverse range of student needs Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families Flexibility and creativity in adapting therapy approaches for various learning environments
