Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active NBCOT certification Current state OT license (or ability to obtain before start date) Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to dedicated new graduates Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students functional abilities and develop customized intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers and educational staff to support student success Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as part of an IEP team Engage with families to support and reinforce therapy goals at home
