Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education regulations Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and school settings

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess students using standardized and functional evaluations to determine therapy needs Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies in collaboration with educational teams Provide direct and consultative OT services to students, supporting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills Participate actively in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school policies Provide staff education and resources to enhance student support in the classroom Communicate regularly and effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Enjoy a dynamic, collaborative environment where your clinical skills and compassionate approach are valued and supported throughout the contract period.
