Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Occupational Therapy license (required) Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Previous experience with pediatric caseloads, preferably in a school-based or similar setting Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication skills for working closely with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Assess students abilities and needs within a school setting Develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to each childs goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Adapt treatment techniques to fit classroom routines and support educational progress
