Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience providing OT services in schools or with children, preferred Strong ability to assess, design, and implement individualized intervention strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in accordance with IEP goals Evaluate students to determine needs and develop personalized treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress, provide recommendations, and support classroom success Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student goals, treatment, and outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans Provide guidance and training for school staff on strategies supporting student independence and participation This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position runs from August 27, 2026, through June 17, 2027, allowing you to follow the academic calendar while working with a diverse caseload spanning all grade levels.
