Job Description

Embrace a fulfilling contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist dedicated to enriching the educational experience of students across two vibrant charter school locations just outside Swanzey, NH. Engage with a welcoming school community and collaborate directly with school leadership to create a customized part-time schedule that fits your availability. Your primary focus will be serving students at the Gathering Waters campuses (grades 1, 2 & 5) and the Surry Village Charter School lower and upper campuses. The sites are just 15 minutes apart, ensuring an efficient commute as you deliver both direct services and consultative guidance tailored to each student's needs.
Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapist certification is required. Previous school-based OT experience is highly preferred, with demonstrated skill in managing both direct therapy and consultative services. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track minutes and maintain thorough documentation for student interventions. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with school staff, families, and students.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services and consultation in alignment with outlined student support minutes for the remainder of the school year. Deliver individualized interventions for students in grades 1, 2, and 5 across both Keene and Surry sites. Complete consultative visits throughout the year, supporting staff and monitoring student progress. Maintain accurate records of services, reporting data as needed. Flexibly schedule visits in partnership with the school director to ensure efficient service delivery across campuses.
