Job Description

Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist interested in making an impact across two charter school campuses near Winchester, NH. This part-time, contract role centers on supporting student growth and independence in educational settings, serving grades 1 through 5 between Keene and Surry, NH—just a short drive apart. Collaborate closely with a flexible and supportive director who is committed to working with your scheduling needs.
What We're Looking For:
Active New Hampshire OT certificate required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred Strong ability to balance direct therapy services and consultative support Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Reliable transportation to work across both Keene and Surry locations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in individual schedules, with a focus on both individual and group interventions Provide consultation with teachers and school teams throughout the academic year—across multiple campuses—helping to adapt strategies for classroom and student success Maintain accurate documentation of all services and progress, ensuring compliance with student service requirements (approximately 110 hours for the remainder of the academic year) Develop and implement creative treatment plans that foster students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills needed for daily participation in school activities Engage in meaningful collaboration to support inclusion and student-centered learning environments Enjoy the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, working with charter schools that value specialized expertise and collaborative teamwork.
