An Occupational Therapist helps patients with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities recover, improve, or develop skills needed for everyday activities. Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.
OT Works 4 Kidz is a well-established private pediatric therapy clinic proudly serving children and families throughout Southern New Hampshire since 2007. Our team provides high-quality occupational and speech therapy services to children from birth through age 18 with a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and therapeutic needs. At OT Works 4 Kidz, we believe in the power of play. Through engaging, child-centered treatment, we partner with families to help children build the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in the community. Therapy takes place in our custom-designed 6,000 square foot pediatric clinic, created to support creativity, movement, sensory exploration, and meaningful therapeutic experiences.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team beginning Fall 2026. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working collaboratively, thinking creatively, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations as needed Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based and play-based interventions in clinic and/or school settings Collaborate with families, teachers, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child's care Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration within our clinic team

Qualifications:
