Not required Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents. The OT will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help patients improve daily living and functional abilities, ensuring optimal independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions to develop customized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and recovery goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Jersey Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
