Job Overview Per Diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist Kornerstone Kids is looking for a passionate, experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit team on a per diem basis at our Florham Park location. We are seeking an OT who is enthusiastic about working with children and families and who brings strong clinical knowledge, creativity, and a collaborative approach to treatment. Position Highlights Per diem position with flexible scheduling Primarily after-school hours, with the potential opportunity to work two mornings per week Supportive, collaborative, and close-knit team environment Opportunity to work one-on-one with children and provide meaningful, individualized care Strong emphasis on sensory processing, motor development, and functional skills Parent education and collaboration are an important part of our practice Qualifications Minimum 3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience, not including Level I or Level II Fieldwork Extensive knowledge and clinical experience with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) Experience working with children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong clinical reasoning and ability to develop individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable providing parent education, home strategies, and caregiver training Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of a team NJ Occupational Therapist license in good standing About Kornerstone Kids At Kornerstone Kids, we believe in looking beyond the surface to understand why a child is having difficulty participating and functioning.
