This opportunity offers the chance to support young learners' growth and independence as you work across three welcoming elementary schools. We're looking for a dedicated OT to work full time from Monday to Friday, with immediate placement available through December 23rd. Flexibility is available—two part-time therapists will be considered if that better suits your situation. You'll have an impact on approximately 30 students, focusing primarily on small group and individual sessions. Your knowledge and compassion will help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of New Jersey Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to develop and implement IEP goals Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration with educators, families, and support staff

Your Role Will Include:

Providing direct OT services to students as outlined in IEPs Conducting evaluations and developing intervention plans tailored to student needs Maintaining clear and timely documentation and progress notes Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Consulting with teachers and families to maximize student participation and outcomes Traveling between three nearby elementary schools, as needed This assignment offers a structured schedule, the possibility for either full-time or part-time placement, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
