About the Role We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist with musculoskeletal (MSK) experience to join our team. This on-site position is suited to a clinician who enjoys hands-on care, thoughtful clinical problem-solving, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary practice. You will evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve participation in daily activities, work, and self-care. The role may include pediatric and adult patients, with interventions adapted to each patient's goals, abilities, and environment. Responsibilities Assess functional abilities and identify limitations affecting daily activities, work, and self-care. Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans, including hands-on interventions for musculoskeletal conditions. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, activity modifications, and strategies that support independence. Complete timely, accurate assessments, treatment documentation, and progress notes. Collaborate with chiropractic, acupuncture, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate treatment and monitor outcomes. Build supportive relationships with patients and families, helping them feel heard, informed, and involved in their care. Participate in care planning and contribute to clinic procedures and safety standards. Maintain current knowledge of occupational therapy best practices and uphold professional standards of ethics and confidentiality. Qualifications Clinical experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; active licensure is required before providing patient care. Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Strong foundation in occupational therapy, functional assessment, and rehabilitation. Sound clinical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
