The Global Mobility Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to International Human Resources programs, with a strong focus on immigration . This role serves as a key operational partner to Internal HR stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration requirements and company policies. Responsible for coordinating locally hired foreign national (LHFN) programs, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations while delivering a seamless employee experience. Immigration Support Provide administrative support for employment‑based immigration cases, including initial visa petitions, extensions, amendments, renewals, and changes of status or employer. Coordinate collection, preparation, and tracking of immigration documentation for employees and managers in partnership with external immigration counsel. Monitor immigration case timelines, expiration dates, and compliance requirements; maintain accurate immigration records and tracking tools. Respond to routine immigration‑related inquiries from employees, HR partners, and managers, escalating complex or sensitive issues appropriately. Prepare status reports, summaries, and internal communications related to immigration. Workday Data Management Enter, update, and maintain employee records in Workday, including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and organizational updates Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal HR policies and audit standards Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR, payroll, and managers. Process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, job changes, salary adjustments, offboarding) in Workday. Run standard and ad hoc Workday reports to support HR, payroll, and management needs. Administrative Support & Special Projects Manage Ariba transactions (vendor setup, payment processing, etc.) Assist IHR management in researching, compiling and analyzing data for special projects.Scope :
Budget, employees direct and indirect and other resources managed. Supervised by IHR Immigration Manager to support internal processes and complete assignments.Qualifications What You'll Bring:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience required. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of Workday Strong computer software skills, includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint Competencies :
Strong interpersonal skills Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely manner. Detail-oriented, good follow-through skills and good project management skills Critical thinking, customer focus, collaboration and accelerating change to generate continuous process improvement and drive strong performance resultsCommunications :
Regular contact with vendor partners, HR staff and various departments across organizationOther Requirements:
