Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time- 1-2 days a week Independent Assisted Living Facility We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at an independent assisted living facility.

Approximately 8:00/9:00 AM - 3:00

Potential to transition into a full-time position as our program continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat residents to improve functional independence and quality of life. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely. Collaborate with facility staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident care. Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Experience in geriatrics, outpatient rehabilitation, or assisted living is preferred but not required.
