Occupational Therapist - Travel Assignment We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment with Continuum Rehab - Spanish Trails Wellness & Rehab in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity is within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and is suited for an Occupational Therapist who can contribute to a dynamic rehabilitation team. Spanish Trails has a SNF census of approximately 120 with a high rehab-to-home population . The role includes evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges. Prior SNF experience is strongly preferred , and the facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team within 2-3 weeks.
