Youll work alongside other dedicated professionals while helping students aged 3 to 22 achieve greater independence and success, regardless of disability or challenge.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current OT license required Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Skilled in supporting students with a variety of disabilities Comfortable adapting to different schools and caseloads as needs change Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Organized, flexible, and eager to provide impactful, student-centered therapy

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the IEP goals of students from pre-K through transition-age Travel to multiple school sites, supporting changing caseloads as OTs go on or return from leave Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, parents, and other service providers Keep accurate records of student progress and remain compliant with school and state documentation requirements Modify therapy plans and techniques to suit each students changing needs Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations for the benefit of each student This flexible contract offers consistent weekly hours and the invaluable chance to empower students across a range of abilities.
