The assignment spans from November 1st through May 27th, 2027, and is designed to provide continuity as occupational therapists rotate in and out on leave. Flexibility and adaptability are central to this rewarding onsite role, as the locations and student assignments may shift throughout the contract.

Key Qualifications:

Active OT license required Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred Competency in evaluating and treating students with an array of disabilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with staff, students, and families Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs and educational goals Assess, plan, implement, and reevaluate therapeutic interventions Travel between assigned school sites as needed to ensure seamless coverage Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and related service providers Document progress, maintain records, and communicate updates to educational teams and families Support students in developing, improving, or restoring functional skills essential for learning
