This role involves working collaboratively within the school environment to create accessible, supportive learning experiences for all students. In this position, you will: Assess and treat students with physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges impacting participation in school activities Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and student-centered goals Conduct thorough evaluations, engage students in therapy sessions, and document progress and outcomes Educate and support school staff with strategies to help students thrive in the classroom Ideal qualifications include: A Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapist License Required state licensure/certification Previous experience in a school setting This role offers a fulfilling balance of hands-on therapy, teamwork, and professional growth.
