Serving approximately 40 students district-wide, you'll have the meaningful responsibility of supporting the development of young learners across all grade levels and directly supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Qualifications:

Current licensure from the State of New Mexico in Occupational Therapy Direct school-based OT experience (teletherapy skills a plus) Experience supporting Pre-K through 12th grade populations Ability to supervise and mentor a COTA Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs Support educational teams in developing and implementing IEPs Supervise, guide, and collaborate with the onsite COTA Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment district-wide
