Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in New Mexico Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new environments Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Compliance with current background check and immunization requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to support student learning and independence Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy services Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
