Occupational Therapist to join our team! Practice Setting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Post-Acute Rehabilitation Short-Term Rehab & Long-Term Care Adult & Geriatric Population Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Nevada Occupational Therapist license or eligibility Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Post-Acute experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments Address ADLs, IADLs, functional mobility, strength, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based OT treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams (PT, OT, SLP, Nursing, Physicians) Provide patient and caregiver education Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Medicare, state, and facility guidelines Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

$43.00 - $53.00 per hour
