•This is a part-time position providing service throughout Pahrump, NV. Occupational Therapist. Life-Changing Work with a Flexible Schedule! As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in home health care, you'll create personalized treatment plans, teach adaptive skills, and collaborate with a caring team, all with the flexibility you deserve! Our Commitment To You Flexible scheduling for better work-life balance Autonomy in patient care with strong team support Rewarding work that improves daily living for patients Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide therapy services per physician's orders Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences Requirements Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Arizona Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
