Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for the state of Nevada Strong clinical knowledge and experience providing OT services for school-aged children Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred Comfort adapting interventions for students across elementary, middle, and high school populations Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and support plans

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students needs and develop targeted intervention plans Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Document all evaluations, interventions, and progress toward established goals in accordance with school district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and help design accommodations for students as needed Adapt therapy approaches to fit diverse learning environments and ages
