Job Description

Momentum at South Bay has opportunities for Per-Diem Occupational Therapists. Urgently Hiring! Our Occupational Therapist provides the following: Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
Clinical Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility Sub-Acute Job Type:
Per-Diem Shift:
M-F, Weekends as needed
Salary:
$38-$40 per hour #THERAPY
