This position is perfect for an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping young learners build critical motor and adaptive skills that set the stage for lifelong success. In this role, you'll dedicate approximately 27.5 hours each week to providing meaningful therapy in both one-on-one and small group settings. Your expertise will empower students to overcome challenges and thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state (OTR/L) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred Skills in designing and delivering individualized and group therapy sessions Strong communication and organizational abilities Dedication to collaborative work with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver OT services based on IEP/504 goals, utilizing both 1:1 and small group sessions Assess student needs and develop targeted intervention plans Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student growth Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet diverse learning and developmental needs As you guide students in developing the foundational skills they need, youll become an invaluable resource for their growth and success.
