• Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for Eastern Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position!

Qualifications/Education Required:

At least 1 year experience NYS Therapist license and registration BLS from American Heart Association Physical and QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 10 years Malpractice Insurance NPI # Worker's Comp certification

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand/work for extended periods Additional responsibilities as required Pay per session: $75 for 30 mins $100 for 1 hour
