Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Ulster County. Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill." Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.Qualifications:
License:
Valid NY State Occupational Therapy License (required).Education:
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.Experience:
