Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state OT license (or eligibility) Prior experience working with pediatric or school populations Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork Adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students' needs to determine appropriate goals and service plans Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills for student success Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom and daily routines Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings Provide consultative support to staff and caregivers Engage in ongoing professional development and training
