The role serves a vibrant elementary campus nestled near Orchard Park, NY. Your workweek will consist of three days, each from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing manageable but meaningful sessions.

What you bring:

Active Occupational Therapist license (New York State) Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with elementary-aged children Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and goal-tracking for student progress Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs and learning styles Passion for encouraging student independence and participation in classroom activities Your responsibilities will include: Conducting up to 30 half-hour OT sessions per week, supporting students fine and gross motor development Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP objectives Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and family members to ensure students successful participation in the school environment Maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting on students growth and areas for improvement Providing consultative guidance to classroom teams, supporting student engagement and accessibility As part of this role, you will benefit from a school-based schedule, allowing for work-life balance, and the chance to work closely with engaged staff and bright young learners.
